Tampered with goods will not be refunded; opened and used goods will be assessed and based on the condition a refund will be issued.

2.      Shipping Policy

 Goods will be shipped only as per the supported shipping addresses and term while checking out. In case goods are to be returned for a refund and surely the goods are defective then we will facilitate the return of the goods however, if the goods/items are in good shape (not tampered with, not opened or used) and a refund for them is approved, the buyer will have to facilitate the return of the goods.

3.      Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are confirmed, in the event that the order is cancelled after its confirmation, only 75% of the total purchase value will be refunded.
